This is absolutely not true, there’s lots of Saudi women that do so many cosmetic surgeries and still look awful and scary, on the other hand lebanese, syrian..etc look beautiful after surgery and this is because they have nice bone structure and nice faces. Saudi, Kuwait, Sudan… women are naturally ugly and have ugly face shapes and bone structure. You need a nice/small face before you undergo surgery. That’s why Suadi men marry 4 Saudi women because every 4 Saudi women = 1 Lebanese or Syrian, Palestinian, etc girl.
