اعلن رئيس الوزراء الاسترالي كيفن رود ان على رجل الدين المسلم سمير ابو حمزة الاعتذار لقوله ان للرجال الحق باجبار زوجاتهن على ممارسة الجنس معهم.
يذكر ان ابو حمزة كان قد قال سابقا انه “لا يفهم كيف يمكن الكلام عن الاغتصاب حين يتعلق الامر برجل وامرأة متزوجين”، مشجعا الرجال المتزوجين على “ضرب الزوجة غير المطيعة ولكن بشكل خفيف”.
وطلب رود من ابو حمزة الاعتذار والعودة عن اقواله مشيرا الى ان “آراء كهذه لا مكان لها في استراليا”.
واعتبر رود ان “اي شكل من اشكل العنف الجنسي مرفوض”، قائلا انه يعتقد ان “التعاليم الاسلامية تؤيده في هذا المجال”.
يشار الى ان سمير ابو حمزة يدير شبكة المعلومات والخدمات الاسلامية في استراليا، يتمتع بشعبية كبيرة لدى الشباب المسلم في الضواحي الشرقية لمدينة ميلبورن.
وقد نشر الشريط المصور لمحاضرة القاها ابو حمزة عام 2003 بعنوان “مفتاح الزواج الناجح” على شبكة الانترنت.
ممنوع عليها الرفض
وفي هذه المحاضرة يقول رجل الدين ان ضرب الزوجة ممنوع في الاسلام، لكن الضرب بشكل خفيف وغير مؤذ مسموح به.
واضاف حمزة متوجها للرجال بالقول: “يمكنكم ضرب زوجاتكم، ولكن بعد ان تكونوا قد انذرتموهن سابقا ومرارا ولمدة طويلة. ولكن من غير المسموح ان تسببوا لهن النزيف او الكدمات”.
وشكك ابو حمزة بصحة تحديد القانون الاسترالي للاغتصاب اذ اعتبر ان “ممنوع على الزوجة رفض طلب زوجها ممارسة الجنس، حتى اذا طلب منها ذلك وهي تحضر له الاكل، فعليها ان تترك كل شيء وتستجيب لطلبه”.
كما قال ابو حمزة ان “في استراليا، اذا كان الزوج يريد ان يمارس الجنس مع زوجته، وهي لا تريد فمن حقها ان ترفض فقط لانها لا تريد، واذا اجبرها يعتبر الامر اغتصابا. انه امر مضحك، كيف يمكن لرجل ان يغتصب زوجته؟”.
يذكر انها ليست المرة الاولى التي يشتعل الجدل في استراليا بسبب قضية مماثلة، ففي العام 2007 احدثت تصريحا مفتي استراليا الشيخ تاج الدين الهلالي جدلا واسعا ادى الى تنحيه بعدما وصف النساء اللواتي لا تغطين اجسادهن وترتدين ملابس مثيرة “باللحم المكشوف الذي يشجع على الاغتصاب”.

I don’t understand why everyone is pissed off because of Shaikh Abou Hamzza. The man is very honest and strict to the point!!!! He didn’t make things up he didn’t invent things. Poor guy is following his religion and since he believes it’s a true religion he is preaching it.
In Surat al Nissa aya number 34, there is a clear indication that if women are not obeying, men should advise them to do so, if they don’t obey then they should be abandoned in bed and if they are still not obeying then you should hit them. Quran didn’t say hit them slightly like Abou Hamzza has indicated, so Abou Hamzza actually is being nice here!! These are only two examples there are tons of proves in Quran and hadeeth that supports Abou Hamzza.

I wanna to say simply that ISLAM is Din errahma and that ALLAH hakim rahim L’ISLAM a donné a l’homme le droit de frapper sa femme ( et selon alhadith les frapper doucement et pas les violer) pque vraiment il y a certaine femmes qui utilisent le sex comme arme contre leurs maris et c’est inacceptable mais au cas où la femme est vraiment incapable d’obéir à son mari (malade, fatiguée) son mari “min bab errahma ” doit et je dit doit comprendre la situation . brothers in allah, god sometimes gives a message to achieve the purpous and in the same time not chock the audience. the fact is that to beet a woman is forbidden, but as by the time if it was said by religion that beeting a woman is forbidden it would have been a disorder within families so it’s not said but in stead the message was, don’t hurt, beet gentelly, but who knows what’s the limit of gentil…
